EPDM WRAS Rubber Sheet
Provincial Rubber is pleased to offer a range of specialised EPDM rubber sheeting which has been WRAS approved – which means it’s good enough to drink out of.
WRAS is the abbreviation for the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme which regulates standards for water utilities and authorities. Being approved to bear the WRAS logo means that this product has been tested and verified by independent laboratories and water suppliers to be installed and used in any equipment that carries mains water for human consumption.
Besides being specifically manufactured for use in potable water applications, our EPDM WRAS rubber sheeting also retains all the wonderful properties of EPDM sheets which makes this material so versatile and useful for a wide range of applications. It is, for instance, highly weather tolerant, resistant to abrasion, resistant to chemicals, highly durable, has good tensile and tear strength, and is watertight.
Customers who buy our WRAS approved EPDM sheeting commonly use it for lining in potable water control, transport and pump applications. It is also used to make barriers, seals, gaskets and strips.
You can order standard thicknesses and lengths of EPDM WRAS rubber sheeting products here online, or contact us on 0117 9541117 if you have specific requirements for bespoke cut lengths, shapes or profiles.
