Machine Tapes
Machine tapes are central to manufacturing operations. They convey, speed up, slow down, position and, when required, fold the paper material processed.
Our comprehensive range of Hamid, polyamide and polyurethane machine tapes are manufactured with abrasion-resistant NBR covers or other application-oriented surface materials. They provide the industry with effective and comprehensive belting solutions that are extremely reliable, have constant grip, and offer long service lives.
There are three machine tape ranges, using traction layers based on different materials.
Hamid tapes use the Flexproof and/or Quickmelt adhesive-free joining methods.
Polyamide tapes require the adhesive-based Thermofix method.
Polyurethane machine tapes need the Flexproof and/or Quickmelt adhesive-free joining methods.
Suitable for applications including paper manufacturing, processing, finishing and handling; folder-gluer applications.
Suitable for applications including postal/mail sorting, cardboard and paper converting.
